I've just uploaded such a tutorial to the audio page this afternoon. It
discusses how to edit a batch file and set them to backup your folders and
address book as well. Also the batch files themselves are on the programs page.
This might not be for the average beginner right off so pay close attention to
the tutorial and ask questions if you need.
