I have list of caps lock key uses for laptop settings, but this one is not
mentioned, or maybe I just missed it.

Just hit the caps lock key twice quickly. Do it again to return this key
to the jaws Key. It is a toggle function.

But now I found that I cannot use the CAPS LOCK modes on/off feature,

means that I have to hold the Shift key all the way down to type in the
word in caps.
Is there other way to use the CAPS LOCK mode in laptop settings?
