Hi All, A friend is running XP & Outlook Express. Her group messages by conversation in the view menu is unchecked but, her messages are still collapsing. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to stop her messages from collapsing? All advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much. Take care.
