believe, you can use these steps, in Jaws9 most likely even jaws10

Hi listers. I went to the jaws manager menu found the thing to check for
sounds at top and bottom and either way, checked or unchecked the sound
won't turn off. Then, looked for same setting while in outlook and
couldn't find anything...any suggestions appreciated seems I at one
point must have accidentally turned this on somewhere...Thanks ahead of
