Bring up the JFW window and enter on options. Enter on voices. Enter on
global and tab to the punctuation area and check Some.

How do I do this please? I'm using jaws 9, & my verbosity level is at
advance. I've been in to the customize punctuation & have changed
different things to none. I've then done a re start, yet still I'm
getting every comma & other things that are driving me batty,
hehehehehehehe. any help or suggestions would be appreciated, please &
