Sometimes the best thing to do is to just run the install of Jaws again. 
Then you're sure to have all the correct files.

its not in the downloaded editions, but is suppose to be on those
that are mailed out.
haven't had to do that in so long. i just find out what the real
cause of the problem is and if its jaws. i delete it and start from scratch.
