Hi Lenny,

I don't know what operating system or what version of windows or Jaws you
are running but, here is what I do when I run across messages like the one
you describe. I am running XP/Office Home 2002, Jaws 8, 9, & 10 latest, and
Outlook Express 6.

1. I copy the whole message. Sometimes I have to press control + F as I am
going to forward the message to copy everything in the message body.
2. I open Microsoft Word.

3. Then press alt + E for the edit menu.
4. Press the letter S for paste special.
5. Now arrow up to unformatted text and press enter.
6. Pressing enter on unformatted text will paste the message into Word clean
of all that cell crap.
7. now just edit out all the links and other crap that you don't need in the
e-mail.
8. Now that it is all cleaned up press control + A to select all and copy
it.
9. Open a new e-mail and paste your cleaned up message and you send it like
you really know what the hell you are doing. The people who receive this
e-mail will appreciate getting an e-mail not loaded with crap.

I know this is long winded but, I surely hope it helps. Take care.

Mike

Subject: [JAWS-Users] cell in outlook express

I find it annoying in some emails jaws reads cell in the beginning of each
line. Today there was an email that I wanted to send to someone that had a
lot of greater signs also at the beginning of each line. Trying to use
e-cleaner to remove the greater signs it did not work since when I copied it
put everything into one cell.
I would guess that this is something in outlook express but haven't found
it.Any ideas?
