OK, when you have the windows media player open, tab down until you hear, 
rip button.  Hit the space bar.
Now you have to tab until you hear, primary list view.  There, you'll find 
the list of tracks on the CD.  But a word of caution, Jaws doesn't announce 
the check boxes. So pay attention to what you're unchecking.
