It has nothing to do with Vista's UAC.  First, it didn't do this in Jaws 9. 
And, it also does it in windows XP.

Morning All

I recently purchased a Dell Mini 12 Netbook, and I'm curious if anyone could
enlighten me as to methods for getting JAWS 10 to start more quickly.  I
believe the combination of my Dell both searching for a wireless signal, as
well as enabling its Bluetooth option, could be the main culprits.

Any thoughts........
