Regarding your latter two copying and pasting problems, perhaps 'copy from virtual cursor' may help as well. however, this could be a wider (i.e. video display) issue, or something else which I don't know. Have you got another JAWS version with which to try these things? If so, it'd be a good idea to use that instead, if only to see whether the problems are reproduced there also. If not, some bug or other in JAWS10 is indicated!

I've also come across a time or two, where I want to highlight a few words in an e-mail message, whether reading to copy to another message, or just composing the message for copying and pasting to a spot further down in the message, or what ever, where, instead of the whole word being selected only, the entire word is selected, right along with half, or a few letters of the next word.
