Hi all: I downloaded and installed Avast (free edition) on the 4th or 5th of Feb, was informed during the installation process that i must register. I clicked on the registration icon, filled in the information and was told I would receive an email with needed information for completing the process. I later saw on this list or another if you emailed [email protected] you could receive assistance as a blind user with the registration process, I sent a emailed them saying I was blind. On the 6th of Feb I received an email from Michal Zrubecky at Avast support saying he could help me if I answered a few questions then he would register me and email me the product code, I immediately replyed with the information, well by the 12th I had not received a reply, so I sent the information again, thinking my email of the 6th could have been miss layed. It is now the 17th and no reply. Have any of you had any experience with Avast support in registering you and is the delay comman? Thanks,
