Yes I know you did that twice, but a third time won't hurt or as many times as it takes to get a response. If this doesn't work, get sighted assistance
and have someone read you the graphical captia on the registration page if
push comes to shove and that's all you have left to do and that is your only option left to do. I'm sorry you're having this problem. Hope it turns out
fine sooner than later.
