Now I understand. Overhere they'll go over the problem with you on the
phone and help you fix the problem on the phone. Did you try repairing Jaws
like I mentioned in the morning?

I am mailing from germany and they tell you to contact your
distributor/dealer. I had wrote an email twice before for different issues
though and that was the answer I got both times.
