If you're using JAWS 9 you can just left click and the baloon will stop
appearing.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] How Do I Access Information Balloons?

Hi Folks,

I keep getting the information balloon that keeps telling me that messenger
is going to sit nicely in my system tray so I can be notified of various
things I probably don't really care about.

It also says click here to stop popping up this annoying message.

Well, how the heck do I do that?

I have checked the system tray for this information, but no dice.

I've tried to look through Jaws' help topics and have done a search through
the help indexes and all I've found is how to access them using a Braille
display, but nothing using a keyboard.

Can anyone help me with this annoying task?

Thank you all for letting me rant, and for, hopefully, giving me a solution
to this dilemma. Grins.

Victor
