Hi. I've always hated the balloons so I got rid of all of them. That might not be what you want but if you know how to work the registry edit there is a simple hack for it. (For XP in any case.) I don't remember it at the moment and I need to get the day started here but if you're interested, let me know and I'll dig up the how to on it for you.
