That's what I'm using. I forget which app, but I found one to post my status to Facebook when I use twitter with Jawter.

 I've been on the "new" FaceBook, and personally don't fine it very
twitter-like at all. Personally, I like both, but find Twitter much morre
 accessible...Though, for a truly accessible experience, would recommend
 using AccessibleTwitter.com once you're signed up for Twitter...Just an
easier interface, and actually works pretty well on Pocket PC SmartPhones.
