I couldn't agree more with you. Can I also add one more thing that has become a problem recently, and that is people who repeatedly write messages with no subject when the moderator repeatedly asks them not to do so. Also, I hope that no one is going to be offended by myself or the original poster saying these things, because although this list is there to help people, and I definitely agree that anyone should feel free to ask any Jaws/computer related questions they feel are appropriate for the list, I for one can say that it's extremely frustrating to see the same question get answered 5 times during the week. That to me is a bit unnecessary. As for saying thank you, I can see how it would be an annoyance, but personally I don't see why it's a problem, people are just expressing their appreciation. Just my thoughts.
