I don't know another way to explain it, but I'll try to get this resolved.

Hi Debbie, I am not sure if I am understanding your problem. But maybe you had Jaws running in the System tray before. If so Just go to Jaws options and in the basics menu just check the box to have Jaws run in the System Tray. If that is not the problem I will try to think again. I'm currently using Jaws 9.0 and every time I press alt tab, it takes me to the Jaws option.

When I had 7.0, I was able to eliminate this problem, but I don't remember what I did.

Can anyone help?
