I don't know. I never bothered with the website based builders. But doing it yourself gives you exactly what you create. A lot of the website editors limit you in terms of content and web features. I wrote my pages but never put them up, so I don't have much more to say on this topic. But the coding is not hard in notepad and you have good control. I do know that there are html editors that are Jaws friendly, but I forget which ones. A Google search might give you more info.
