Just want to confirm that I love Jawter. But, how do I make it swhow the correct time on my Tweets? It's an hour behind, despite the fact I have it set to Eastern US and Cnada on the page.

I'm on Twitter myself (twitter.com/bwaylimited) and find that it is pretty
accessible with JAWS.  There are scripts available that are supposed to
make it more accessible, but I don't see the purpose.  You can check out
