I I always copy them to a word doc first just to make sure there right and then copy them to the address book it always works for me it takes a little longer but always works for me

When I tried using the select command using control right arrow key in order too copy the address character, by character, and then tried to paste them into an email message, they weren't copied, nor did they get pasted. It didn't even say copied selection too clip board either.
