Hi Albert, When you are on the Email address tab on the properties page of the address book press the home/7 key to put the cursor at the beginning of the line, then hold the left shift key down and press the end/1 key on the number pad. Doing this will select the whole line. Now press control + C keys to copy the Email address to the clipboard. Now you can paste the Email address you have just copied anywhere you would like. If you want to check to see what text has been selected use the keystroke Insert, shift, + down arrow and Jaws will tell you what text has been selected. I hope this helps. Take care. Mike
