Hi,

You could Try SpeakOn from

http://www.a-technic.net/SpeakOn/docs/SpeakOn/ht/SpeakOn-r-0016.htm.

This runs on a desktop or laptop computer, is fully accessible, has
documentation and is updated regularly. It links to two free databases
Radio Time http://www.radiotime.com
and Last FM http://www.lastfm.com.

You register with these sites which are both free and then enter the user
name and passwords into the Speak ON client. Once you do this you can run
the client and have very easy access to thousands of radio stations. Radio
time gives you broadcast stations from all over the world and Last Fm gives
you reasonable high quality Internet only stations by a variety of criteria.
the program also acts as a music file management program--giving you access
to any music files you have on your system as well as a link to a number of
services for visually impaired streaming audio (some of which you must
subscribe to for a small fee and some of which are free.) You must install
a JAVA runtime environment for this program to work, but this is prompted
for in the installation of Speak On if you don't already have it and is also
free.
