hello this is probably off subject but i don't know if there is a user group

i pose 2 questions
1 i want to install a sound file to outlook express that plays a different
tune to the normal one for incoming mail
how do i do this?
2 i have auto update set but want to upgrade programs manually outlook
express is one i want to do
how would i do this?
and if anyone knows if there are user groups for windows xp, internet
explorer, and outlook express i would be grateful if they can tell me the u
