Yep.  If there's no message, JAWS will just say, "Outlook Express Dialogue: 
hide button". And a few seconds later you are returned to the Inbox.

Hi,
I don't think anything is wrong. To me, it just sounds like it is doing the
action you are requesting it to do, it's just that JAWS might not catch that
progress message since it only briefly appears on the screen so JAWS may not
see it because it's doing it so fast.
