Hi Brian,

Thank you very much for the additional tips. These will definitely go into
my scroll bar notes with the others we have received. You have a great rest
of the day also, take care.
Mike

Hello Mike,

It sounds like you have resolved the problem using the excellent suggestions
given by Flor. Here is something else you might keep in mind when trying to
navigate these types of lists. You can quite often move down a choice at a
time in the list by simply doing a left mouse button click simulation on the
scroll bar. After routing JAWS and navigating to the scroll bar you can
press slash key on the number pad or caps lock with 8 if using the laptop
configuration. After doing a left mouse button click, read the current line
to see if you hear the next choice in the list. If not, use up arrow with
JAWS cursor still on to see if the next choice is shown just above the
scroll bar. Sometimes you might use the left mouse button click simulation
a couple times on the scrollbar before hearing the next choice. Quite often
if you press the left mouse button a few times when focus is on the scroll
bar then you will get a few new choices in the list and you can up or down
arrow to the one you want to use. You can then move to the choice you want
and do a left mouse button click to choose it. Of course, after making
choices then put PC cursor back on. Again, I have found that quite often in
lists that are not accessible using PC cursor that using the left mouse
button click directly on the scrollbar will scroll the list down one choice
at a time.

Take care. Have a nice Sunday!

Brian Lee
