Make sure that jaws 9 is not to start automatically. Then set 10 to autostart.when you did the restore all previous settings as far as what jaws 9 did automatically restored themselves. Regards chrissy

Afterwards, I found that Jaws 10 had stopped loading automatically at start up. I found the Jaws 10 icon on my desktop and pressed enter. I then went into options and then basics. I checked the "run Jaws automatically" check box. However, when I reboot my computer, I find Jaws 9 came up. Am I following the correct steps to get Jaws 10 to start automatically?
