Lenard, are you presently connecting with the Ethernet cable through the
router or directly to the modem?
Do we assume you are using a notebook computer or are you running a wireless
WIFI radio on a desktop and is it installed? Is the radio turned on? If so
you will need to work with that to make a wireless connection to your
wireless router.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] wireless router network problems
After reinstaling XP pro I set about the task of reconfiguring my D-links
524 wireless router. I went through all the steps via the internet and
noticed everything was still set to the previous configuration and the
final step said that the router was being restarted. The problem is when I
go to controll panel and network setting I am unable to open it to input
wireless router settings. I tried hitting the enter key, routing jaws to
pc and doing a left mouse click, and routing jaws to pc and right click to
open network connection. None of these atempts are successful. So, as for
now I have to use the ethernet cable to get to the internet. Any theories
and solutions would be greatly appreciated.
