In Outlook 2007, I press F6 to move from the list view of messages to the
message body. JAWS reads the message automatically and I don't have to open
the message. After reading the message, I usually press F6 again to return
to the list of messages, then I hit the delete key which moves the focus to
the next message in the list. So, all I usually use are two keys: F6 and
Delete.

It's all done quite efficiently, IMO, and I really don't see how it could be
done much easier. Oh yeah, I read my messages in plain text, which may make
a difference.

I agree that Outlook 2007's dependence on Word does slow down some other
functions and it takes up more disk space than I'd like.
