Hello,
If you open the message from the spam folder, you can then mark it as "not spam," and Gmail will redirect it to the inbox. If so, would you please give me blow by blow steps that I can pass on to this other person that is having the problem? Thank you so much for your help. Take care. I often have to go through it to allow an email to get through to outlook express. I don't think a message rule would work as gmail itself has placed that email in the Spam filter. hope this makes sense. *smiles* Elaine ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike & Barbara" <[email protected]> To: "Jaws List" <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, July 03, 2009 7:49 PM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Gmail & message rules > Hi All, > > Someone I know is having a problem with certain Emails going into his spam > folder and he is using Gmail.
