For some reason JAWS has stopped reading the number of unread messages in my OE folders. When I arrow down, instead of saying Inbox, 5 unread, it just says Inbox even though there are unread messages. It's doing this with all my OE folders. When I go into the folder, it will still read if a message is unread if I arrow through the list. I'm using JAWS 9. Any suggestions as to how to fix this? Thanks.
