Doesn't GPRS count as mobile, as well?  Just because something 'works', does 
not mean that it is supported.  (Example:  We may see instances with JAWS 
where braille displays do work with JAWS, but whose use is not 'supported' 
for use with JAWS by FS.)

Oh right, Skype claim that GPRS isn't supported for voice calls. I therefore
think we should tell them that it does.
