Hello Greg, I'm not sure that you can convert anything to .wav, but if it is at all possible, you could try using switch, from nch software.
You can download a free version and it works well with jaws, even jaws 10. The paid version has more functions, but .wav is the raw sound format, as far as I know and that's why I'm not sure whether you can convert anything back to that, if already reduced to a lesser quality format.
