Kim and everyone,

Goldwave scripts are available at the jaws-users website! Yes, they work great. I use Goldwave 5.22, no problems.

The "demo" of GW is in no way crippled. It has full functionality, although the trial version has limits on the number of processes you can do each session. And I wholeheartedly agree that the software is well worth the price. Very blind-friendly, even without the scripts for basic functions.

You can try Gold wave. That is an Accessaable program. and you can also get scripts for it.

I can't remember where to get the scripts, but, I am sure someone will know.

Also, Gold Wave is a program that has a free trial, but it is worth the price.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] A question about converting sound files?

Greetings all,
I have some .aug and .mp3 files that I would like to convert to .wav. There fantasy sound effects. I am running the latest build of JAWS 10 on a Vista machine. What program could I use to do this with that is accessible with JAWS?
Thanks for any help,
Greg W.
