Dear List

I have AVG Internet Security version 8 which sadly has reducing
accessibility.

I can sort most things out with the Jaws Cursor with the exception of the
Anti -Spam filter which I can find no way to turn off. I have a very good
anti-spam on my ISP email server and I actually get very few spam mails.
Nevertheless AVG is sending loads of legitimate emails to my Junk folder.
AVG must be the culprit as numerous attempts to tell Outlook that these
email addresses are safe and should not be blocked is having no affect what
so ever. I have researched this problem on Google and everybody says that
when this is happening it is the fault of 3rd party spam filters and AVG is
the only one I have.

Does anybody know how to turn AVG anti-spam off? The only buttons I can find
with the Jaws cursor in the control centre simply give information about the
spam blocking and will not allow you to turn it off.

Other elements of the AVG suite can be turned off ok.

Regards

David Griffith
