[JAWS-Users] customizing a specific app.

This was discussed a while back but I neglected to save the information. Most 
of the time I want to hear an app say words and characters which I set in the 
configuration manager. However, in MS word 2003 I would like words only setting 
to be used permanently. How can I do this? Thanks.
