I apreciate that and it works. However, wasn't there something to do with
making insert v settings permanent in a specific app or web page? For
example what if I am in internet explore and I want to have flash turned on
permanently related to a certain page but not turned on in other pages.

Hello Leonard,
While in an open document in Word 2003 press JAWS key with the number 6.
The JAWS configuration file for Word 2003 will open. use Alt+S to move to
the settings menu. The first choice in the menu is "user options." Press
enter key on that choice. When the user options dialog opens use tab key
twice to the group of radio buttons controlling typing echo. Use up and
down arrow keys to the appropriate choice and then use tab key to the OK
button and press spacebar. Use CTRL+S to save changes and then Alt+F4 to
close the configuration manager.
Take care.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] customizing a specific app.
This was discussed a while back but I neglected to save the information.
Most of the time I want to hear an app say words and characters which I
set in the configuration manager. However, in MS word 2003 I would like
words only setting to be used permanently. How can I do this? Thanks.
