Hey Kimsan,
If your message is created in Outlook 2007 you can select all and then
use shift+F3. The first time you use the shift+F3 all the selected text
will change to lower case. With all text still selected use shift+F3 again
to cause the capital letters to stay at the beginning of sentences. After
using shift+f3 the first time try having the line spelled without moving the
cursor to see if all text is lower case. Leave selection on when using
shift+f3 again and it should be lower case with first characters of
sentences capitalized.
If you are using an Email program that doesn't have the function of changing
the case of text for all text in a message then you can copy it into Word
2007, select all text and use the shift+F3 twice. In Word, the auto correct
is also likely set to capitalize the first letter of sentences. After
changing the case to the way you want it you can select all, copy and then
paste it back into the Email program.
Take care.
