Hi Flor, A few months ago I wrote you about my Jaws 10 freezing when I tried to update Jaws. You advised me to reinstall my previous version of Jaws 9 so that I could uninstall and reinstall Jaws 10. I noted that installing Jaws at times seemed difficult for my laptop.
I finally got around to this and found that even when installing Jaws 9,, my laptop froze again. The only thing I could do was hold down the power button and then boot up my laptop again. Otherwise, Jaws 10 is working perfectly. I just want to take care of this before Jaws 11 comes along. Am I now at a point where I have to call Tech Support at Freedom Scientific and have them remove/repair the problem? They told me that this would take sighted assistance. If you, or for that matter, anyone else has a suggestion, I sure would appreciate your help.
