First of all, I thanked you for replying my query, however, I'm sorry if it
was not clear.
I already know how to block a sender.
What I mean to know please is, how to go to this block list folder and see
how many blocked senders are stored there, and so that I could clean this
folder if it's possible?

Try the steps below.
While in Outlook Express,
1. Alt + T, for tools
2. R, for message rules.
3. S, for the blocked senders list. Once you are in this dialogue, you
will
have a list of blocked senders. From the list, choose the one you want,
and
then tab to the remove button, and okay your way out of the dialogue. HTH,
