Open outlook, then go to help and find office diagnostics.  This is what you
want.  If there is a problem, It will take you to the office page on the
internet to download a patch or whatever.

Actually, I ran a repair, but still getting the message. Just for 
clarification, where is the repair choice at? I looked under help and tools
