Soner, what is the accessible software you use to access your satellite service?

Thanks! Vicky

Hello folks,
Why do you not switch to satelite broadcast rather than cable with a digital tv card and a dish on the roof? I currently use digital tv card and receive the broadcasts from three sats through a very accessible software with Jaws for windows. I think of preparing a podcast regarding this topic actually.

Yes, I finally got the chance too read it. I have been trying for years, fighting with our cable company to provide us with the ability to be able too access those dammed on screen menus, but have had no success. I hope that this technology will finally open a door that has been closed too us. If their's a way too do it, I think that we should all send them an email thanking them for trying to develop this project, and send them stories of our frustration in trying too get the cable industry in particular, too listen too our concerns especially when you consider the fact that we who are blind, and listen too movies and other events, pay a monthly subscription service and don't have the same rightsthat people with vision have. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Victoria Vaughan" <vrvaug...@mailzone.com>

Hi Albert, Were you able to read this fantastic article? I sure hope we'll be able to get it and that it will work with JAWS!

The article says that RNIB will be carrying Ocean Blue's Software. I went to RNIB's web page and I couldn't find how to request more info on this product. If anyone can figure that out, would you let us know? If this is not yet proper for this list, you can write me offline at:

Many thanks for sharing this exciting information! Vicky
