You do want to install video intercept, or else JAWS thinks you haven't installed it. However, JAWS requires it to work properly. I would OK the dialogue, and let the computer restart.
(It needs to be acknowledged.)

Subject: [JAWS-Users] 2 things.

I'VE recently upgraded from Jfw 5 to 10, with a donggle version.
I've got 2 laptops and a desktop, but no matter what I try, I can't get one of the laptops to work with the donggle. The strange thing is, is that it's the newer of the laptops that I'm having trouble with. the other one is considerably older. I was just wondering whether there are known senarios where the donggle won't work.

Secondly, what is "vidio intercept?". I get the message asking me if I want to in/stall this when I boot up, but I just olt-tab out of the dialogue.

Regards, Richard.
