do you have, the check box checked, on the send options page;

Automatically complete e-mail addresses when composing

1, alt plus T=tools,

2, O=options,

3, shift plus tab one time to general.

4, ctrl plus tab until you hear send-tab,

5, now tab until you hear,
Automatically complete e-mail addresses when composing
if the box is unchecked, check with the spacebar,

6, now press enter.
