I've used it in the past. It's old but from what I remember, accessible.
Might want to find Kerio Personal Firewall. I'm currently using this and
it works, but like Sigate, it's older. Believe the last accessible version
is 2.15.

it easy to set up? Last time I tried another firewall and when I
restarted the computer JAWS stopped talking! The firewall was blocking
JAWS!
