Hi Stewart, That doesn't explain why the problem isn't encountered in Jaws 6.2. If it were an Outlook Express setting, then it would appear to me that the problem would exist in Jaws 6.2 as well. What leads you to believe it is an Outlook Express setting. Rick, I wish I had more to suggest other than to tell you I'm running both VISTA and XP on my computers with JAWS 11 BETA, and all works very nicely. I'm led to believe it has to be somewhere in the settings, under view or options as previously suggested. Again, I wish I could be further help, but I'm sure you will figure it out.
