Hi Albert,
I don't recall if you said which version of Jaws you are using,
but have you tried using a different version to see if that makes a
difference.
The problem you describe does not really sound like an Outlook Express
issue.

applications running office 2003.

Hello Rick.

Let me try and answer your question, as to what problems I'm experiencing
when using outlook express 6. When I delete a message, or any message for
that matter, when I open the message after the one that I just deleted, I
hear the whole subject line of the previous message, and not the subject
line of that new message that I just opened. Next, whenever I do a reply to
an individual message, or do a reply too all, when I go to the top of the
message too review what I had written, it won't let me read either
character by character, or when trying too do a controlright arrow or
control left arrow, the cursor doesn't advance, and I have too close the
message entirely, and start the whole message all over again. I even tried
deleting both the inbox, and out box, thinking that might solve the problem,
but it didn't work. I even renaimed all of the inbox out box, sent items
and deleted items folders, and still was a no go. Now, here's a strange
thing. On my new netbook computer which I received a few months ago, it
came with office 2007 preinstalled on it, along with the choice of either
installing outlook, or outlook express. I chose too install outlook express
as my email service. Originally, when I first got this desktop dell
computer, which was sometime in July of 2002, it came with word 2002, with
I suppose office 2002 as well. However, when a friend came over who is a
technision, He gave me a copy of his office 2003, which he installed on my
computer. I think he did that for me, because he didn't want me to spend
extra money for office 2003, which he already had. I didn't ask him for it
at all, he just tried to do me a nice favor as a friend. So, there you have
it in a nutshell. Thank you for answering my email, and for trying too help
me out with this problem.
