Yes, you can use all of the key navigation features in Word simply by
pressing Insert + Z for the Desktop keyboard or Caps Lock + Z for laptop
layout. Don't forget to use this keystroke again to start editing. This is
a toggle, similar to Forms Mode on a web page. I use this frequently,
especially with headers. Header Styles can be set in Word documents by
selecting the desired text and pressing the hotkey. Use Alt + Control + 1
(in the numbers row) for Heading Level 1, Alt + Control + 2 for Heading
Level 2, and Alt + Control + 3 for Heading Level 3. Remember the hotkeys
for getting lists of elements, like Headings with Insert + F6 work in either
mode and is very efficient.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] reading paragraph-by paragraph
Hi,
You know how on the internet you can go paragraph by paragraph by pressing
P? Well is there a way to do this with reading documents in word?

nothing. It was here first. - Mark Twain
