make sure that both of the insert - numpad and extended - checkboxes, in the default.jcf Keyboars Options General Tab/page, are checked.

Hi,
No software came with it and it shows up as standard in Device Manager.

Do you have extra software installed for the wireless keyboard?
Uninstall or disable that?

Subject: [JAWS-Users] StrangeKeyboardIssue

Hi,
I'm working with an RF240 keyboard from Wireless Computing and getting
some
unusual results in Jaws.
It is a standard desktop keyboard with two insert keys.
In Jaws neither of them does anything. However, they work as expected
in
Ms-Word and K1000.
I know I can always switch to the other modifier keys but would rather
not.
I was hoping I could use the Keyboard Manager or script something in
but I
really don't know yet what the problem is.
Any ideas out there?

Jon
