Hi,
This keyboard doesn't accept dual keystrokes except in cases of alt, control
or shift.
Time to write to the manufacturer again.

make sure that both of the insert  - numpad and extended - checkboxes, in
the default.jcf Keyboars Options General Tab/page, are checked.
